shore, i'll go on a walk

Yesterday afternoon, feeling well enough to walk about, I decided I was going to go for a walk along the shoreline. My roommate Ross decided he would come with, which was perfect, because I needed someone to carry the laundry I told Keegs I would pick up for him- and the groceries!

Along with suckering him into helping me, he’s pretty gentlemanly about these things so it never takes [...]

oh jesus body double's, when you . . .

Post things like this to Craigslist’s Missed Connections, I feel your pain. You might not be nailed to an actual cross, but I’m sure those skinny jeans hurt like Hell.

I pulled up to the library and started locking my bike to the railing when you came out and started unlocking yours. Our eyes never met because we were so enthralled with what was going on below the belt. “Look at those jeans,” we [...]

a tree falls in brooklyn

The Sun is shining. The temperature is mild. Manhattan is tentatively cluthing it’s hearts, more than ready to declare it Spring after a season of snow and storms.

Spring is in the air. . . It makes me so excited to wear skirts and sandals [...]

take a summer drive with me

On the Brooklyn Bridge, such sunny weather makes me wish for summer.

For your enjoyment, RogueRanters, last May/June, when I traveled back from Athens to New York, before heading to LA and then Hawaii (I know, my life can be so confusing), I was in my brother’s beat up jalopy while he was driving through Brooklyn, where he lives, and I snapped some drive-by photos for you.

I know, it’s unorthodox, but I [...]

a night out at the movies

Friday night rushed in like a gust of frigid air, and my brother Keegan sent me a text message: want to go see Leap Year at midnight (when he got off work)?

Damsel in distress story starring Matthew Goode . . . Do you even have to ask? Since I live with guys these days, chick [...]
