creepy old men make for grumpy young women

Beware: this is not a nice post that accentuates the sunshine in my personality. It tackles a problem that needs to be addressed.

To me, creepy old men at the bar are something to be avoided- much like the plague, speeding tickets, and drunk people who are known for their projectile vomiting skills (that duh, I clearly covet).

I am trying to keep my eyes open. The buses are chugging by. The cars, too. Men on the street in tennis shoes and blazers are walking briskly. Women in spiked-heels are not yet stumbling in pain, as its only noon. People chat idly or hurriedly on the payphone. Bikes ride the messengers, who’ve an abundance of sweat pouring down their foreheads on a day like this.

On the Brooklyn Bridge, such sunny weather makes me wish for summer.
